The Oil, Gas & Energy Law Intelligence (OGEL, ISSN 1875-418X) is a peer-reviewed[1] online journal published by Maris B.V.[2] which focuses on recent developments in the area of oil-gas-energy law, regulation, treaties, judicial and arbitral cases, voluntary guidelines, tax and contracting, including the oil-gas-energy geopolitics. OGEL started publishing in January 2003.[3] Founding editor of OGEL was Professor Thomas W. Wälde (1949–2008). [4]
